Health and Welfare
In most locations, employees can select from a variety of health, life, and disability plans to create a customized package of coverage just right for you and your family. Generally, coverage begins on the date of hire. In many locations, AECOM provides an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Available to employees and their families at no cost, the EAP provides personal counseling and referral services related to parenting, college planning, elder care, and other life issues.


AECOM Stock
AECOM stock is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol “ACM.” AECOM offers employees in most areas the opportunity to become shareholders through AECOM's global stock program, which includes a variety of plans that are customized by country, taking into account differences in securities regulations, tax requirements, retirement regulations, and other factors. On most stock purchases, AECOM provides a company match that vests over time. Employees can fund stock purchases through salary deferrals and cash out shares in accordance with plan-specific timeframes and qualifying events.


Retirement, Pension, and Superannuation Programs
AECOM offers retirement/pension benefits to eligible employees in many areas, in accord with country-specific plans and practices. In many locations, these plans allow employees to direct a portion of their earnings on a tax-deferred basis into retirement savings accounts, giving them the flexibility to manage and control personal finances and build a successful plan for retirement.

College Scholarships for Employees' Children
AECOM offers a merit-based scholarship program for employees' children who have been accepted or are currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. The scholarships are renewable for up to four years for students who remain in good standing.
